Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without defects. Unopened, unused products (such as perfumes, candles, etc.) must also be in their original condition. Items marked “Final Sale” are sold “as is” and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, with no price adjustments.

You can label the item yourself and send the package to [addresser’s name] using your chosen courier company.

Please return the return slip (please indicate the reason for return on the back) or the original receipt. Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Price Adjustment Policy

If the price of an item drops within 14 days of the purchase or shipping date, we will be happy to adjust the price for you. The price adjustment will be based on the current selling price and will be refunded to the original payment method, unless you choose to receive a refund in the form of a product voucher. The final sale price is not subject to this adjustment. Other exceptions may apply.
